  Do not use PMC!! Lied to me with false protences to draw me into a sale . Told me the car body work was in good condition and the tyre condition was good . I was also told there was not a problem with the car , the price was steep but i thought I was paying for the right motor . I spoke to alex before i set off the same morning. It was a 220 miles journey (4.5 hours) each way. HOWEVER aftee been told all the lies above when i got there the car looked like it had been in a bump, the front bumper was lopsided with flaking paint and what appeared to be a collision Mark. Every panel was a different colour and shade, the wheels were curbed, and the rear of the car was scratched badly across the rear bumper, not to mention drivers door didnt shut either!When I confronted them in the office asking for fuel money as I had been lied to...and that I travelled all the way to A FALSE ADVERTISMENT . HE SAID HE DID NOT CARE!!!! THE CAR NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED PROPERLY BEFORE BEEN ADVERTISED. I looked forward to getting the car . The company has failed to provide any kind of customer service or sale. Very very disappointing and left my with a 60 pound fuel bill. GUTTED!!. I refused a vehicle after the price was dropped a further 500 pounds after a 4.5 hour journey just shows how fake your garage and cars are .... Try telling people the truth about the cars. It should be CAT C. DON'T NOT BUY THE YELLOW IBIZA!!!!!!!!,...im contacting trading standards the reviews you have are negative and I have video evidence and pictures on my phone of the damage you lied to me about.THANKS ALEX.

  Put a deposit down on a car to hold it until the full service history arrived. It was made very clear that I was looking at other cars and that the deposit was 100% refundable should it need to be and I had nothing to lose. In the time it took them to get the service history I bought another car. I've tried calling several times over a couple of weeks and conveniently the guy that I dealt with is always out of office and I am told my call will be returned which it never is. I don't even believe they ever intend on returning the money. However if you read this your welcome to call me now. You've still got my number and email address on your copy of the deposit paper work. I'll let you all know if i ever get my 'refundable' deposit back. Deposit given April 17. Posting in June 17.

  Excellent service from thr Newport branch, friendly service with a non pushy sales approach. Respectable and quick transaction. Car was well looked after and clean. Ask for Alex for 10/10 service. Highly recommended.

  You really want my comment!? Now I will give want you want! I'm the owner of the Seat Ibiza who have waited 3 weeks to get the car ready but on the end of the day you sold with a fake petrol cap, China tyres of different brands, without anti-freeze and oil...happy!? I'm not! And where is the hpi paper work!? Jealous!? Give me a break!
